I remember when Nine Carat was nothing more than 5 pieces of pink poster paper taped to a wall and a fervent desire to transcend the standard boundaries of business operations, practices and structures. Although I was driven to unearth the furthest extent of what was possible for others, I don’t think I could have imagined what Nine Carat would become. As I reflect on the evolution and the impact Nine Carat has made on Individuals, Organizations, and Communities, I remain humbled and deeply passionate about our mission.

The recent honour of being named Corporate Vision's Corporate Performance Coaching Provider of the Year for the 2023 Education and Training Awards underscores a fundamental principle at the core of our foundation: the empowerment of People, drives the unparalleled success of Organizations. We firmly believe that genuine achievement for any entity stems from the cumulative and magnified accomplishments of those within it.
