Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments: If the shipping address provided was incorrect, the item will be returned to our facility. You’ll need to cover reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address. Unclaimed items returned to our facility will also incur reshipping charges or may be donated to charity after 30 days.
