Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments: If the shipping address provided was incorrect, the item will be returned to our facility. You’ll need to cover reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address. Unclaimed items returned to our facility will also incur reshipping charges or may be donated to charity after 30 days.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, such as face masks, cannot be returned once opened. We currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, so please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
